TERRY COLLINS

Terry is Controller responsible for overseeing the accounting and financial operations of RailField along with the financial reporting requirements and compliance of its assets and investment funds. With over 30 years of experience in financial management within the multifamily real estate sector, Terry has previously held positions as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at CAPREIT, Assistant Vice President Controller/Investor Reporting at CRIIMI Mae Services LP, Operations Officer at Tab Products, and Assistant Vice President of Planning/Reporting/Analysis at Nations Bank (now Bank of America.)

Terry has a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Shepherd College and is a Certified Public Accountant. He and his family reside in Gaithersburg, MD.
