History

In 2013, RailField was founded by former Fannie Mae multifamily executives who have worked with the largest players in the industry. Our high level of experience provides access to local market expertise and a robust pipeline of opportunities, including off-market deals and favorable debt executions. With an initial focus on assets in Texas, we have expanded our footprint into the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.

Growth & Today

Today, we have expanded to 12 markets in the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, and Texas and continue to grow into new locations. Our experience and size allows us to be responsive to both investors and opportunities, to act quickly, and to manage complex situations.
