Stacy Stack Rudolph

Stacy is an Asset Manager with RailField and is primarily responsible for the management of RailField’s portfolio assets in Texas. She has over 15 years of commercial real estate and capital markets experience across an array of functions including underwriting, asset management, loan servicing, portfolio reporting, statistical financial analysis, risk policy and systems development. In addition to launching her own firm, Stacked Solutions, LLC, Ms. Stack worked in various capacities for Lone Star Funds/Hudson Advisors, C-III Asset Management (f/k/a Centerline, f/k/a ARCap REIT), ORIX Capital Markets, GE Capital Real Estate and The Associates (n/k/a Citigroup).

Stacy holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Southern Methodist University, an M.S. from University of Texas at Arlington and has passed the Level I exam towards becoming a CFA charterholder. She lives in Dallas with her husband and three children.
