ANTHONY MANZELLA

Anthony is an Associate responsible for researching and analyzing opportunities and supporting the asset management for specific properties. Before joining RailField, Anthony worked as a Senior Associate at Cambridge Financial Group for 4 years, where he supported the company's lending and risk management practices while overseeing portfolio sensitivity analyses, loan concentration oversight, and interest rate swap exposure.

Anthony holds a B.S. from the University at Buffalo and an M.B.A. from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business with a Certificate in Global Real Estate. Anthony also served as a Captain in the U.S. Army, holding roles as a Battalion Staff Officer and Civil Affairs Team Chief. He resides in Washington, DC.
