Signature Ridge Apartments is located in the sought after Medical Center area of San Antonio, where the best shopping, dining and major employers are just blocks away. Built in two phases in 2000 and 2003, Signature Ridge features 612 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. In a joint venture with a large pension fund, Railfield purchased this Class A, three-story, garden-style apartment complex in February, 2015. We are currently embarking on a $4 million upgrade to the clubhouse and unit interiors.

Courthouse Green is located in the South Chesterfield submarket within 20 minutes of downtown Richmond, VA.
